Located in Raeford, NC Rockfish Winery is owned by Steve and Kim Rulli. He is retired Army and Kim is a Black Hawk helicopter pilot. We went for a tasting and stayed the whole afternoon. Local hangout for military personnel and the day we went an intensely competitive corn hole tournament was in progress. With wines such as Victory, Pinup Pinot Noir and Made in the USA there is no doubt their military commitment is a part of their wine making. As busy as they were that day Steve took the time to sit down and chat with us. A relaxing place to sit and enjoy delicious wine. The regulars quickly made us feel part of the Rockfish family. My only regret is that Rockfish isn't closer.
