Burntshirt Vineyard

Our trip to Burntshirt was to the tasting room and restaurant in Chimney Rock. It is located across the street at the base of Chimney Rock. We enjoyed a flight with lunch. Food was great. I highly recommend the brussel sprouts. I enjoyed the 2019 Reserve Gruner Veltliner and bought several bottles to bring home. Charles liked the Altitude 3400. After lunch we moved outside to the patio. It was a little cool, but they do have heaters. The patio overlooks the town's main street. I can imagine it is popular in warmer weather. The tasting room has a big selection of wine accessories to complete any at-home bar. I look forward to visiting the vineyard as well and its 30 acres. Dogs were welcome on the patio.
