Our take on the traditional brownie recipe.

Cherry Blossom Brownies

Directions

  • Preheat oven to to 350 degrees.

  • Grease a 9*13 pan.

  • Add cocoa and baking soda to a large bowl and combine.

  • Stir half of the melted butter into the cocoa and baking soda mixture.

  • Add the Cherry Blossom to the bowl and stir.

  • Add the sugar, eggs and the remaining melted butter and stir until combined.

  • Sift in the flour and stir.

  • Add the vanilla and salt and combine until batter is smooth.

  • Pour into the prepared pan.

  • Bake for 35 minutes and check for doneness.  Check every 5 minutes.

  • Cool for 30 minutes in the pan.


Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa

  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda

  • 2/3 cup melted butter

  • 1/2 cup Haze Gray Cherry Blossom

  • 2 cups sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 1/3 cup all purpose flour

  • 1 tsp. vanilla

  • 1/2 tsp. salt
